PFPS US and the Project PIVOT leadership team are pleased to invite you to an upcoming informational webinar on November 6th at 1:00 PM ET. During this session, we’ll unveil the final patient and healthcare system prioritized patient-reported experience (PRE) and patient-reported outcome (PRO) survey questions, focused on improving patient safety, addressing missed, wrong, and delayed diagnoses, and reducing bias in care.

In this webinar, we will cover:

  1. A brief overview of Project PIVOT and the methods used to collect and prioritize potential PRE and PRO survey questions
  2. The universal PRE and PRO questions identified by patients and health systems that focus on patient/diagnostic safety and bias
  3. Population-specific PRE and PRO questions that reflect the unique challenges faced by birthing people of color, older adults, and people with disabilities
  4. How these new questions align with and support the goals of the CMS Patient Safety Structural Measure, CDC’s Core Elements of Diagnostic Excellence in Hospitals, The Leapfrog Group’s surveys, ECRI’s best practices that address the Top 10 Patient Safety Risks, and recommendations in the National Action Plan
