Wanda Clevenger, MBA, BSN, BCPA

Wanda Clevenger, MBA, BSN, BCPA, is the founder of WE Bridge The Gaps, a 

consultancy group that teaches the power of human connection as a way to improve our health and healthcare.


Wanda has 40 years of healthcare experience in patient care, regulatory compliance,

strategic planning, quality improvement and patient safety leadership and advocacy. 

Wanda has work experience as a community health nurse in England and across the

full healthcare continuum in the United States.


Wanda is a volunteer with the National Patient Advocate Foundation and participates in their campaigns promoting needs navigation, equitable care and better healthcare experiences.


Wanda earned a Master in Management from Northwestern University’s JL Kellogg 

Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola 

University. Wanda is a Board Certified Patient Advocate and completed Outcome 

Engenuity’s Just Culture certification program and University of Vermont’s End of Life Doula Professional Certificate course. Wanda is a licensed Professional Registered Nurse in Virginia and Illinois.
