Victor Lane Rose

Victor Lane Rose is a senior healthcare executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in aging services, healthcare operations, risk management, and quality improvement.

As Vice President, Government Affairs at ECRI, he supports strategic business development and consulting initiatives that advance safety and quality across care settings. His background includes 17 years as COO of a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community, along with service as an educator, author, and board leader.

He holds an MBA from DeSales University, a BS in Management from UNC Asheville, is a licensed Pennsylvania nursing home administrator, and a Fellow of The College of Physicians of Philadelphia.
