Nikki is a nurse executive with over 25 years of experience in healthcare information technology, focusing the last five years on system and patient safety within the digital health industry.

She has a passion for understanding the complex adaptive systems of both healthcare and digital health development, as well as how they impact the delivery of safe patient care.

In her current role at Oracle Health, she leads the Quality and Patient Safety team, which responds to potential concerns and continually advances the quality and safety of Oracle Health’s products and services.
