Marlene Nazarey, RN, MSN, CPHRM

Marlene Nazarey joined BETA Healthcare Group in January 2020, as a Director of Risk Management and Patient Safety. She co-leads the Care for the Caregiver Beta Heart domain. Marlene is an RN and Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management.

Her experience includes health care risk management at a large international insurance carrier, teaching in a baccalaureate nursing program, and various hospital management positions, including director of children’s services at several large community hospitals. Her clinical expertise includes neonatal and pediatric nursing. She received her MSN from the University of Pennsylvania in the specialty of nursing of children and her BSN from Widener University.

She has over 20 years of experience providing risk consulting services to hospitals, aging services, physicians, large medical groups and allied health facilities.
