Dawn is a seasoned nurse executive with over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, specializing in strategic planning, program development, and leading transformative initiatives in patient safety and high reliability. As a board-certified Advanced Practice Nurse with a clinical focus in quality and safety, she brings a deep expertise in fostering organizational excellence and improving care delivery standards.

Currently, Dawn serves as the leader of the Federal Clinical Quality and Patient Safety organization at Oracle Health, where she drives Health IT initiatives to enhance safety across the Federal Electronic Health Record modernization initiative. Her passion for patient safety is rooted in her personal journey—her son Noah, who has a complex chronic medical condition and has survived unsafe care, inspiring her commitment to advocating for safer, more reliable healthcare for all.
