Aruna Jhasti, M.S., MPH

Aruna Jhasti, M.S., MPH, is a Health Scientist Administrator and the Program Lead for the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). She provides strategic leadership for the CAHPS program, focusing on advancing patient experience measurement to improve healthcare quality. Prior to AHRQ, Ms. Jhasti served as the Quality Lead for Accountable Care Models at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), where she developed and implemented quality strategies for value-based care models. She brings over 18 years of experience in patient experience measurement, value-based purchasing, and healthcare quality improvement, with expertise in policy development, data analysis, and quality framework design.
