Ahmanielle Roussell, MA, SPHR, is a healthcare communications leader with over 13 years of experience driving strategic messaging, media relations, and executive communications for major health systems. She specializes in elevating institutional narratives, leading high-impact campaigns, and advancing health equity through community-centered engagement.

Currently serving as Supervisor of Organizational Communications, Ahmanielle advises senior executives and leads enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen stakeholder trust, support organizational change, and amplify community impact. Her work bridges policy, storytelling, and data-driven strategy to influence both internal culture and external perception.

Ahmanielle holds a master’s degree in strategic public relations from the University of Southern California and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Health Administration at Morehouse School of Medicine. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and an advocate for inclusive, equitable healthcare communication practices.
